    Export your data from your current PMS — we support CSV, Excel, or direct API pull from common systems. We send you a checklist; it takes under an hour.

  2. We handle the import

    Our team maps your rooms, rates, reservations, and guest records into StaySynq. We flag anything that needs your sign-off. Typically done in 2–3 business days.

  3. Parallel run & go live

    Run both systems side-by-side for one shift. When you're confident, flip the switch. Full OTA sync activates within 60 seconds. Most properties go live on day 5.

Will we lose any bookings during migration?

No. We import all future and in-house reservations before go-live. During the parallel-run window, both systems are active. Nothing falls through the cracks.

What if our current PMS doesn't have an export function?

We've handled this before. Send us a screenshot of your reservation list — we can work from PDFs, spreadsheets, or manual extracts. It adds a day at most.

Do OTAs need to be re-connected?

Yes — OTA credentials are property-specific and can't be transferred. Re-connecting takes about 15 minutes per channel. We walk you through it live.

Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?

No lock-in on Starter and Professional plans. Month-to-month after year one. Enterprise contracts are custom.

What about our historical revenue reports?

We migrate up to 24 months of historical reservations by default. Older records can be imported on request or kept as CSV archives.
