Yes. Guests pay by UPI, cards or wallets through Razorpay, online or at check-in, and the payment posts to their folio.
Does StaySynq help with Form C for foreign guests?
Yes. It collects the Form C details at check-in and produces the Form C PDF, ready to submit. StaySynq does not file it to the FRRO portal for you.
How do OTA bookings reach StaySynq?
Through your channel manager. Bookings from MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda and the other OTAs you've enabled there arrive in StaySynq automatically.
