Why 45 days, not 14.
Most hotel software trials run 14 to 30 days. That is long enough to click around a demo property and not much else. A PMS earns its keep at month end, at 2am during the night audit, and when your accountant asks for the GST return.
45 days covers one full month-end close, a night audit every single day, and one GST filing cycle, on your own rooms, rates and guests. By the time you decide, you will have seen the system do the hard parts, not just check-in.

What happens, and when
We import rooms, rates, taxes, guests and future bookings from your current system's exports, connect your channel manager and payments, and train your team. You run both systems for a shift before switching.
Check-ins, OTA bookings, restaurant and bar orders, and payments all run through StaySynq. The night audit closes each day at your cut-off time.
You close a full month on StaySynq: folios balanced, city ledger reviewed, occupancy and RevPAR reports in your inbox.
Your accountant gets the invoice register and HSN/SAC summary for GSTR-1 straight from the system. We review the trial together and you decide.
Continue, and your plan starts from day 46 with no setup fee and the quote we gave you locked for 12 months. Stop, and we export your reservations, guests, folios and rates, then close the account. Either way, nothing is charged for the 45 days.
Who qualifies
The trial is for hotels that intend to run on it, not to look at it. That is why it comes with real onboarding and real limits.

Do I need to enter a card?
No. There is nothing to pay and no card to enter. We confirm your property qualifies on a short call, then agree a start date.
What happens on day 45?
You choose. If you continue, your plan starts from day 46 with no setup fee, and the quote we gave you at the start is locked for 12 months. If you stop, we export your reservations, guest profiles, folios and rates and close the account.
Is migration really included?
Yes, as it is for every StaySynq customer. We work from CSV or Excel exports of your current PMS and import room types, rate plans, guest profiles and future bookings. Most properties are live in 5 to 7 days. See the PMS migration checklist for what we ask for.
Why 45 days rather than 14 or 30?
Because a hotel cannot judge a PMS in a fortnight. 45 days covers a full month-end close, a night audit every day and one GST filing cycle, so you see the system do the hard parts, not just check-in.
Can I keep my channel manager?
Yes. StaySynq connects two-way with your channel manager rather than replacing it, so your OTA listings and reviews are untouched. See channel manager.
Is this the same as a demo?
No. A demo is a 30-minute walkthrough on our data. The trial is your property, your rates and your guests, running live for 45 days. Many hotels do both: a demo first, then the trial.
Why is there a limit of 10 trials a month?
Because onboarding is done by our founding team, not a ticket queue, and we would rather do ten properly than thirty badly. If the month is full we offer you the next available start date.
