About StaySynq
Building the operating system for modern hospitality.
We're hospitality operators who got tired of stitching together 5 systems to run a hotel. So we built one.
Mission
Give every hotel modern software.
Hospitality runs on systems built in the 1990s. We're replacing them with a platform that respects the realities of running a property — shift work, paper-thin margins, demanding guests.
Vision
One platform. Ten thousand properties.
We want to be the default choice for any property opening in the next decade — from a 6-room villa in Mallorca to a 600-room resort in Bali.
The problem
Why hotel software is still broken.
The average independent hotel runs between three and seven separate software systems — a PMS for reservations, a channel manager for OTAs, a booking engine for the website, a POS for the restaurant, a separate tool for housekeeping, and a spreadsheet for reports. Each system has its own login, its own data model, and its own billing. They don't talk to each other. When a guest books through Booking.com, someone has to manually check the room grid. When a restaurant charge needs to go on a folio, someone picks up the phone.
This is the industry standard in 2026. The incumbents — Opera Cloud, Cloudbeds, Mews, and dozens of regional players — built their products in eras of on-premise servers and fax confirmations. Cloud migrations layered modern interfaces on top of 1990s data architecture. The result is software that looks updated but thinks in old constraints.
StaySynq is designed from scratch for cloud-native operations. One data model. One login. One place where a night auditor, a revenue manager, and a front desk agent can each do their entire job without opening another tab.
Values
What we believe.
Every design decision starts with the GM, the night auditor, the housekeeper.
Half our team has worked the front desk. We build software that respects shift work.
We chase high uptime, sub-second screens, and zero data loss — not headlines.
If we don't earn renewal each year, we don't deserve the next.
Story
From three operators to a global platform.
Designed and engineered StaySynq from scratch — PMS, channel manager, booking engine, F&B POS, payments, and reporting in one unified platform.
Working with a small group of charter properties to refine onboarding, validate the workflow, and lock the v1 feature set.
Public launch underway. Limited charter slots remaining at founding pricing.
How we build
Speed and precision, not features and noise.
Every release ships a measurable improvement to at least one daily workflow — check-in speed, OTA sync time, report generation, or staff task completion. We don't ship features that have no metric attached to them. When we say “check guests in under 38 seconds,” that number is tested against real property workflows, not a demo script.
We maintain a public changelog. Every change, fix, and improvement is logged. Hotels running StaySynq know exactly what changed in their system and why — no surprise updates that break the morning audit.
Our commitment
Fair pricing. No gotchas.
Hotel software has a long tradition of per-seat pricing, OTA-connection fees, migration charges, and annual price increases buried in contract renewals. StaySynq prices per property, not per user. Every plan includes unlimited staff accounts, migration support, and the full module set for that tier.
Launch pricing is locked through year one for every early access property. That's a commitment, not a marketing line — it's written into the subscription agreement.
