Moving from eZee Absolute, now sold as Yanolja Cloud Solution, to StaySynq takes most properties 5–7 days. Our team moves your data and runs a parallel shift with you. This page covers what moves, what works differently afterwards, and what to plan for.

The week, day by day.
- Day 1
- Export your data from your current system, using our checklist. It takes under an hour.
- Days 2–4
- We map rooms, rates, reservations and guest records into StaySynq and flag anything that needs your sign-off.
- Days 4–5
- You review the imported data. We connect your channel manager, map room types and run both systems for one shift.
- Days 5–7
- Go live. OTA bookings arrive through your channel manager and you stop using the old system.

What to plan for.
Not everything carries over one-to-one. Settle these before you set a go-live date.
- If your OTAs run through eZee's built-in channel manager, you need a separate channel manager before go-live. We help you set it up; allow extra days for OTA mapping.
- Restaurant menus, modifiers and printers are set up fresh in StaySynq's POS during onboarding.
- StaySynq's interface is in English. If your team uses eZee in another language, look at this on the demo.
- Keep your eZee login active until you have gone live and exported everything you want to keep.

Questions about leaving eZee Absolute.
- How long does it take to switch from eZee Absolute to StaySynq?
- Most properties are live in 5–7 days: about an hour to export your data, two to three working days for us to import and check it, then a one-shift parallel run. Setting up a new channel manager can add a few days.
- Will I keep my MakeMyTrip and Goibibo bookings?
- Yes. Future reservations are imported before go-live, and new OTA bookings arrive through your channel manager. If you only use eZee's built-in channel manager today, we help you set up a separate one as part of the switch.
- Do I need to cancel eZee before I start?
- No. Keep it running until you are live on StaySynq and have your exports. Check your contract for the notice period.
- Is the migration charged separately?
- No. Migration and onboarding are included.
