The week, day by day.
- Day 1
- Export your data from your current system, using our checklist. It takes under an hour.
- Days 2–4
- We map rooms, rates, reservations and guest records into StaySynq and flag anything that needs your sign-off.
- Days 4–5
- You review the imported data. We connect your channel manager, map room types and run both systems for one shift.
- Days 5–7
- Go live. OTA bookings arrive through your channel manager and you stop using the old system.

What to plan for.
Not everything carries over one-to-one. Settle these before you set a go-live date.
- Tell us which channel manager you use today so we can confirm the connection before you commit. If you use Hotelogix's own, you need a separate one before go-live.
- Payments move to Razorpay or Stripe. If you take cards on PayU, CCAvenue or Pine Labs terminals today, plan the change of gateway and terminals.
- If your accounts are in Xero, note that StaySynq syncs with Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- StaySynq's interface is in English. Hotelogix offers around ten languages.
- Restaurant menus, modifiers and printers are set up fresh in StaySynq's POS.

Questions about leaving Hotelogix.
- How long does it take to switch from Hotelogix to StaySynq?
- Most properties are live in 5–7 days: about an hour to export your data, two to three working days for us to import and check it, then a one-shift parallel run. Changing channel manager or payment gateway can add a few days.
- Will I lose bookings during the switch?
- No. Future and in-house reservations are imported before go-live, and both systems run side by side for a shift.
- Do I need to cancel Hotelogix before I start?
- No. Keep it running until you are live on StaySynq and have your exports. Check your plan's terms for notice.
- Is the migration charged separately?
- No. Migration and onboarding are included.
