Each hall has a capacity, a rental rate and setup and teardown buffers. When you book a hall for a session, StaySynq checks the time slot against every other event, including the buffers, so two functions can't be confirmed into the same space. Named sessions such as Morning and Evening make the common slots one click.

Events move through clear stages: enquiry, tentative, quotation sent, confirmed, in progress, completed and settled, or lost and cancelled. The pipeline shows where every function stands and which ones need a follow-up.

Quotations are built from packages, priced per plate or as a lump sum, with menus drawn from your existing F&B items. Every revision is saved as a version with its prices frozen, so what the client accepted is never in doubt. Clients open the quote from a link and accept it online, and the contract follows as a PDF.

The banquet event order (BEO) tells the kitchen and service teams exactly what to deliver. It is versioned, and it locks ahead of the event (48 hours by default), after which changes need approval.

Hall rental and packages carry their own tax category, and banquet lines use the banquet SAC code on the invoice. Because the place of supply is the hotel, banquets are charged CGST + SGST. If your advances need to be taxed on receipt, StaySynq can raise a receipt voucher with GST for each advance and show that tax as already paid on the final invoice. Each event has its own folio, proforma and final invoice, or it can be invoiced on credit to a company account. Payments follow the schedule you agreed and can be collected online or on a Razorpay card terminal. When the host is staying in-house, event charges can be moved to their room folio, and the event can be linked to a group room block.
