Tally Prime
Sales and journal vouchers from StaySynq into Tally Prime.
When a folio closes, StaySynq creates a sales voucher for Tally Prime, and posted journals follow as journal vouchers. A small connector on the computer that runs Tally picks them up and imports them, so your accountant stops re-keying hotel invoices.
- Sales voucher for every closed folio
- Journal vouchers for posted journals
- Ledger mapping set up in StaySynq
- Retry and status for every voucher
Setup
Live in three steps.
Install the connector on your Tally computer and pair it with StaySynq.
Map StaySynq accounts to your Tally ledgers.
Vouchers queue as folios close and import into Tally.
How the Tally integration works
Tally runs on a computer at your hotel or your accountant's office, which the cloud can't reach directly. StaySynq queues each voucher, and the connector on the Tally computer collects it, imports it into Tally Prime and confirms. You can see each voucher's status in StaySynq and retry any that fail.
Journals whose accounts aren't mapped to a Tally ledger are held back rather than imported wrongly, and StaySynq lists the unmapped accounts so you can fix them.
GST and reconciliation
Map your GST ledgers once during setup. At month end, the GST filing pack gives you the invoice register and HSN/SAC summary to reconcile against Tally.
